Best Website Builders Affiliate Programs 2026: Data-Driven Rankings
The website builder affiliate category presents a stark divide. A handful of mainstream SaaS platforms — Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow — account for virtually all the EPC data worth examining. The remaining 84 listings, a ghost rate of 79.2%, provide no verifiable performance figures at all. We analyzed 106 programs across six networks to separate the signal from the noise.
The headline numbers are more complicated than they first appear. Shopify on Impact posts the highest reported EPC in the vertical at $4.30, and Spocket on Impact follows at $3.99 — both sit well outside normal ranges and are outliers we exclude from ranked positions. Wix on Impact ($3.52 EPC) tops our ranked table as the highest non-outlier, but discloses no conversion rate. The most complete data picture belongs to Pixel Union & Out of the Sandbox on Skimlinks: $2.29 EPC, a $1,049 average basket, and a confirmed 1.45% conversion rate — enough to compute real expected earnings before you apply to the program.
This report covers the programs where the numbers exist, notes what is missing from the big-brand listings, and flags the cross-network discrepancies that determine which network to join for a given brand. Website builder content has high search intent but also high competition; choosing the right program structure matters more than simply picking the most recognizable name.
Best Website Builder Affiliate Programs by EPC
This table ranks the top programs from our database on a composite of EPC, data completeness, and commission transparency. Programs with no EPC figure are excluded. The vertical median positive EPC is $0.37; the flag threshold is $3.70 (10× median). Shopify's 600-day cookie is also flagged.

Detailed Analysis
Top Website Builder Affiliate Programs Reviewed
Shopify
ImpactGlobalShopify on Impact sits at the top of this vertical by EPC, but both headline figures carry flags. The $4.30 EPC is above the 10× vertical median threshold of $3.70, and the 600-day cookie is nearly 5× the vertical average of 124 days — both of which suggest a thin data sample. The flat commission structure ($25–$150 per new full-price shop, varying by customer geography and plan) is transparent and straightforward: you are paid once per new merchant, not on recurring subscription revenue. The program is well-known; Shopify's own documentation confirms the flat-fee model and the 30-day referral period for the standard programme, which makes the 600-day figure reported by Impact worth verifying in the dashboard before relying on it.
Despite the caveats, Shopify's brand recognition among the entrepreneur audience is unmatched in this vertical. Affiliates running business-startup, side-hustle, or e-commerce tutorials are the natural fit. The program also appears on FlexOffers ($0.79 EPC, $8–$120 commission) and Mavely (up to $500), giving affiliates the option to test network performance side by side. The Impact listing is the one with an EPC attached, making it the only one where you can estimate expected earnings in advance.
Spocket
ImpactGlobalSpocket connects dropshipping merchants with US and EU suppliers. Its $3.99 EPC on Impact also sits above the $3.70 flag threshold, and without a published conversion rate or average basket figure it is not possible to decompose where that number comes from. The 25% commission on paid subscriptions is among the higher rates in the vertical, and Spocket's niche positioning — fast-ship, branded invoicing, quality-assured supply chains — gives it strong appeal to the dropshipping and online-store-launch audience. FlexOffers lists Spocket separately with a 16% commission and no EPC, making Impact the only network where performance data exists.
Affiliates should note that Spocket's subscriber base likely trends toward newer entrepreneurs who cancel more readily if their store doesn't gain traction quickly. Without reversal-rate data it is difficult to quantify this risk. The program is categorised as a niche leader in brand recognition rather than a household name, meaning content needs to do more explanatory work than a Shopify or Wix review would require. For content sites with a dropshipping-specific audience, the combination of a high EPC and 25% subscription commission makes this a priority test.
Wix
ImpactGlobalWix sits just below the flag threshold at $3.52 EPC, the highest verifiable EPC in the vertical without a flag. The flat commission of $50–$100 per purchase is well above the minimal Squarespace Impact payout range and provides a clear earnings floor. Wix is well-known globally; its brand awareness means affiliates can leverage existing search intent without needing to explain what the product does. The lack of a disclosed cookie window, conversion rate, and basket size is the main limitation — you are working from the EPC alone, which is a single composite number that may conceal significant variation by traffic source.
Wix's product positioning targets small businesses, freelancers, and individuals who want broad creative control without code. Content opportunities include website-builder comparisons, portfolio-site tutorials, and small-business setup guides. The program appears only on Impact in our dataset; no secondary network listing exists for cross-referencing. At $3.52 EPC it tops our ranked table and is the highest-EPC program without a small-sample flag, making it the most credible single-network EPC in the dataset.
Pixel Union & Out of the Sandbox
SkimlinksCAPixel Union & Out of the Sandbox is the only program in our ranked table that provides a complete set of performance metrics: EPC, conversion rate, reversal rate, and average basket size. The $1,049 average basket is the highest in the dataset and explains the $2.29 EPC despite a 15% commission and a 1.45% conversion rate — the arithmetic works out to approximately $2.28 per click at 100% precision. The 0.0% reversal rate is notable; premium Shopify themes are a one-time purchase with low cancellation risk compared to SaaS subscriptions, which may explain it.
The brand sells premium Shopify themes rather than a website builder in the traditional sense, so the audience fit is specific: content aimed at existing Shopify merchants looking to upgrade their storefront design. That narrows the addressable traffic substantially compared to a general website-builder program, but the complete data transparency and the zero reversal rate make this the most defensible program in the vertical for affiliates who can reach that audience. At $1,049 per basket, even a marginal improvement in conversion rate substantially lifts earnings per click.
Jimdo GmbH
Impact10 regionsJimdo posts a $1.97 EPC across a 10-region footprint, placing it third in the ranked table without triggering a flag. The commission rate is not disclosed in our data, though Impact's own programme documentation notes a flat EUR 35 per product purchase in European markets. That figure matters: without knowing which regions the EPC is drawn from, it is difficult to estimate what a US-based publisher might actually earn. The 30-day cookie is standard for the category and not a distinguishing factor in either direction.
Jimdo targets micro-businesses and is well-known in European markets, particularly Germany, where it was founded. Content aimed at very small or single-person businesses looking for the simplest possible path to a professional web presence is the natural fit. The platform's scope — website creation, online store, booking system, SEO, domain, and hosting in one package — gives affiliates multiple angles for tutorial content. The missing commission rate in our data is the main gap; affiliates should confirm the per-sale payout in the Impact dashboard before building a campaign around this program.
Bandzoogle
ImpactGlobalBandzoogle is a website builder and e-commerce platform built exclusively for musicians. Its $1.22 EPC on Impact is the fourth-highest in the ranked table and sits comfortably below the flag threshold. The 20% commission on paid subscriptions is the disclosed rate on Impact; the Skimlinks listing for the same brand shows a higher average commission of 39.6%, but with a much lower EPC of $0.24 and a $33 average basket — a substantially weaker real-world outcome despite the higher headline rate. The cross-network divergence illustrates why EPC is a better primary filter than commission rate.
The audience fit is precise: music bloggers, independent artist resource sites, and musician community platforms. Content opportunities include portfolio-site tutorials for bands, online-store setup guides for merchandise, and fan-engagement tools for touring artists. The specificity of the niche means lower total addressable traffic but also lower competition and higher conversion intent from visitors who have already identified that they are musicians looking for a web platform. The 30-day cookie is appropriate for a considered monthly subscription purchase.
Webflow
FlexOffersUSWebflow appears on both FlexOffers and Skimlinks with markedly different metrics. FlexOffers reports a $1.08 EPC with 40% commission on new site and workspace plans. Skimlinks reports a lower $0.40 EPC but adds a conversion rate (1.77%), reversal rate (5.0%), and average basket ($45). The 5.0% reversal rate on Skimlinks is the only reversal figure in the ranked table and serves as a useful calibration point: on a $45 basket with a 50% commission, a 5.0% reversal rate reduces expected earnings per conversion by approximately $1.13. The Skimlinks listing also appears to include Skuad, an unrelated HR software product operating under the same network umbrella, which may distort both the conversion rate and reversal figures.
Webflow targets designers and developers seeking full creative control over HTML and CSS without writing code by hand. It is a well-known product in the professional web-design community, with a higher price point and steeper learning curve than consumer builders like Wix or Squarespace. Content that explains the visual-design paradigm, compares Webflow to WordPress or Framer, or addresses agency and freelance use cases is the most productive angle. Given the uncertainty in the Skimlinks data, FlexOffers is the cleaner entry point for a first test.
Squarespace
ImpactGlobalSquarespace on Impact pays $100–$200 per paid subscription — the highest flat commission ceiling in the vertical for this network — and carries a 45-day cookie, which is longer than the 30-day standard and gives referral credit through a typical monthly billing cycle. The $0.89 EPC is the sixth-highest in the ranked table, and the gap between that figure and the commission ceiling ($200) implies a low conversion rate that Impact does not disclose. FlexOffers lists Squarespace with a much lower payout of $40 per paid subscription and a $0.46 EPC, suggesting FlexOffers traffic converts at a similar rate to Impact but earns less per conversion.
Squarespace is a household name primarily associated with design-forward websites for creatives, restaurants, and small businesses. Its brand recognition is high, which means affiliates benefit from existing purchase intent but also face heavy competition from other publishers. The 45-day cookie is a genuine advantage for audiences with longer decision windows, such as small-business owners who evaluate website builders over several weeks before committing. Squarespace also offers a free trial signup, which Impact lists with a $0 commission — meaning the funnel is trial-first and affiliates only earn on paid conversion.
What About WordPress.com, GoDaddy, and Hostinger?
Several prominent website-builder brands are either absent from our tracked network listings or present only as ghost programs with no verifiable performance data. WordPress.com, the hosted version of WordPress, does not appear in our current six-network dataset at all — the WordPress.com VIP programme operates largely through direct affiliate relationships and is not pulled through Impact, Awin, FlexOffers, Skimlinks, CJ, or Mavely in our March 2026 snapshot. GoDaddy's website builder product similarly has no EPC-reporting listing in our data; GoDaddy runs affiliate relationships through CJ but the website-builder component is bundled with domain and hosting offers that appear in a separate hosting vertical.
Hostinger, which has grown substantially as a low-cost website builder and hosting provider, does not appear in our website-builder category data from the six networks we track. IONOS, Weebly (now part of Square), and Adobe Express (formerly Adobe Spark) are in the same position: likely active programmes but not returning EPC or conversion data through the networks in scope. For affiliates interested in these brands, the only path is direct programme signup through the brand's own affiliate portal, where disclosed terms may differ substantially from what our network data would show. We report only what the networks confirm; we do not fill gaps with self-reported merchant figures.
It is also worth noting that WordPress.org — the self-hosted, open-source CMS — has no affiliate programme at all, as the software is free. Affiliates in the WordPress space typically earn through hosting-provider programs (where managed WordPress hosting commands the highest commissions) or through premium theme and plugin marketplaces, of which Pixel Union & Out of the Sandbox on Skimlinks is the closest analogue in our current dataset.
Cross-Network Data
Same Brand, Different Networks: Where Terms Diverge
Several website builder and e-commerce brands appear on two or more networks simultaneously with different commission structures, payout levels, and — where data exists — meaningfully different EPCs. Choosing the right network for a given brand is not a cosmetic decision; in several cases below, the EPC difference between networks exceeds 100%.
Shopify
Squarespace
Webflow
Bandzoogle
Spocket
Sellfy
The Bandzoogle case is instructive. Skimlinks reports a commission rate nearly double Impact's (39.6% vs 20%), yet Impact delivers five times the EPC ($1.22 vs $0.24). Commission rate is only one variable in the EPC equation; the conversion rate and average basket on each network also differ. Skimlinks' $33 basket for Bandzoogle implies a very short-term or trial-tier subscription, while Impact's higher EPC suggests either a better-converting audience or higher-value plan purchases. For the brands above, Impact dominates on EPC in every case where it has data — but Impact's EPC figures for Shopify and Spocket carry small-sample flags that warrant independent verification.
Data Insights
Website Builder Affiliate Programs: What the Data Shows
Across 106 tracked programs, 84 return no EPC at all — a ghost rate of 79.2%, the highest we have encountered in any Software & SaaS vertical. The main driver is Skimlinks' broad ingestion of small and dormant programs, including a large cohort of Japanese-market listings that appear to be entirely inactive from an affiliate standpoint. Filtering to the 22 programs with a positive EPC removes most of the noise and leaves a clean working set.
Within that working set, the EPC distribution is heavily right-skewed. The median is $0.37; the mean is $1.02. Three programs — Shopify on Impact, Spocket on Impact, and Wix on Impact — account for most of the gap between median and mean, and all three carry either a flag or a limited-data caveat. The most data-complete program, Pixel Union & Out of the Sandbox on Skimlinks, sits at $2.29 EPC with a confirmed $1,049 basket, 1.45% conversion rate, and 0.0% reversal. It is the only program where you can work through the full earnings model before applying.
Data Insight: Commission Rate vs EPC in This Vertical
The Bandzoogle cross-network comparison makes the point clearly. Skimlinks shows a 39.6% commission — nearly double Impact's 20% — but delivers an EPC of $0.24 versus Impact's $1.22. The higher commission rate is attached to a $33 average basket and a 1.85% conversion rate; Impact's lower rate is attached to a higher-value subscription tier with stronger per-click outcomes. In a SaaS vertical where commission rates are highly variable (from 8% to 60% in our data), EPC is the only metric that collapses all the variables into a single comparable number. Always filter by EPC first.
Cookie windows in this vertical are unusually wide at the top end. Shopify on Impact shows 600 days, Podia on Impact shows 400 days, and Pixpa on Impact shows 360 days — all flagged. The vertical average of 124 days is itself inflated by these outliers; the median cookie for programs that disclose one is 30 days. Long cookie windows in SaaS are sometimes a sign of a trial-first funnel where the merchant expects a long consideration period before purchase; they are also sometimes a data-entry artifact in the network. In either case, a long cookie is not a substitute for a high conversion rate.
The flat-fee vs percentage-commission split in this vertical is also notable. Most SaaS affiliate programs globally use percentage-of-subscription models. In our dataset, the major brands — Shopify, Wix, Squarespace — all use flat fees. The practical effect is that flat-fee programs decouple affiliate earnings from the subscriber's actual plan value, which may undercompensate affiliates who refer high-value annual-plan customers. Percentage-based programs like Spocket (25%), Webflow (40–50%), and Pixpa (60%) expose affiliates to more upside if the referral selects a premium plan, but also more downside if the commission base is a low-tier monthly subscription.
Data Insight: The Skimlinks Ghost Problem in This Vertical
Of the 106 tracked listings, 84 are ghosts — programs with no EPC, commission rate, or conversion data. Forty-two of those 84 ghost rows are Skimlinks listings, and a disproportionate share are Japanese-market website builder and e-commerce platform programs (identifiable by the Japanese-script advertiser names in the ledger). These listings appear to be pulled from Skimlinks' broader merchant database with no active affiliate performance data behind them. They do not affect the EPC or commission averages reported in the stats banner, which are computed only over rows with positive values.

Search All ProgramsHow to Choose a Website Builder Affiliate Program
The first filter is EPC, and in this vertical that means being sceptical of the top two. Shopify on Impact ($4.30) and Spocket on Impact ($3.99) both exceed the 10× vertical median threshold; without conversion rate or basket data, it is not possible to confirm whether these figures are sustainable across typical affiliate traffic volumes or are artefacts of a small referral sample. Wix at $3.52 is the highest unflagged EPC and is a safer starting benchmark.
The second filter is data completeness. Pixel Union & Out of the Sandbox is the standout here: it is the only program in the ranked table with EPC, conversion rate, reversal rate, and average basket all disclosed. That completeness allows you to model expected earnings at your traffic volume before committing to content production. Programs where you can verify the full earnings model in advance are worth a premium in your planning, even if their absolute EPC ranks lower than programs with fewer disclosed metrics.
Third, consider whether a flat-fee or percentage commission fits your content model. Flat-fee programs (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Jimdo) pay a fixed amount per referred customer regardless of the plan they buy. If your audience tends to select premium or annual plans, a percentage-based program (Spocket, Webflow, Bandzoogle, Pixpa) may substantially outperform the flat alternative. If your audience skews toward free-trial users who convert to the lowest monthly tier, the flat fee provides a guaranteed floor that percentage programs cannot match.
Fourth, look at the reversal rate. Only one program in our ranked comparison table has a disclosed reversal rate: Webflow on Skimlinks at 5.0%. That is a meaningful deduction on a low average basket ($45). For programs where no reversal data exists — which is most of them — build a conservative assumption into your revenue model. SaaS subscription programmes in this category are at moderate reversal risk because trial-to-paid conversion failures or early cancellations can trigger commission clawbacks. Programmes with 30-day or shorter refund windows are generally lower-risk than those with extended money-back periods.
Finally, if a brand appears on multiple networks, run the cross-network comparison before applying. In this vertical, Impact consistently outperforms FlexOffers and Skimlinks on EPC for the same brand — but the discrepancy partly reflects different traffic composition on each network, not just different terms. Testing both networks with separate tracking links is the only way to confirm which performs better for your specific audience.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the best website builder affiliate programs?
Based on EPC data across 6 networks, Wix on Impact ($3.52 EPC) tops our ranked table. Shopify on Impact ($4.30 EPC) and Spocket on Impact ($3.99 EPC) report higher raw EPCs but are outliers excluded from rankings due to limited conversion-rate data. The most data-complete program is Pixel Union & Out of the Sandbox on Skimlinks: $2.29 EPC, $1,049 average basket, 1.45% conversion rate, and 0.0% reversal rate — enough to model expected earnings before you apply.
How much commission do website builder affiliate programs pay?
The average commission rate across 106 tracked programs is 30.0%, but this varies widely: flat-fee programs like Shopify ($25–$150 on Impact), Wix ($50–$100), and Squarespace ($100–$200 on Impact) pay fixed amounts per new subscriber regardless of plan. Percentage-based programs range from 8% (Sharetribe on FlexOffers) to 60% (Pixpa on Impact). High percentage rates attached to low-value subscription tiers can produce lower real earnings than flat-fee programs on premium plans.
Does the Shopify affiliate program pay recurring commissions?
No. The Shopify affiliate program on Impact pays a flat fee of $25–$150 per new full-price shop opened, not a recurring share of subscription revenue. FlexOffers lists Shopify with a range of $8–$120, and Mavely shows up to $500. None of the three networks report recurring commissions. Affiliates earn once per referred new merchant.
Which website builder affiliate program has the longest cookie?
Shopify on Impact reports a 600-day cookie — more than 4× the vertical average of 124 days and flagged as a likely data outlier. Podia on Impact shows 400 days, and Pixpa on Impact shows 360 days. The median disclosed cookie in this vertical is 30 days (Jimdo, Bandzoogle, Gambio DE, and others). A long cookie only delivers value if your audience has an unusually long consideration cycle; most website-builder purchase decisions resolve within a standard 30-day window.
What is the ghost rate for website builder affiliate programs?
79.2% of the 106 tracked listings return no verifiable EPC. Of the 84 ghost rows, a significant share are Skimlinks listings for inactive or low-volume programs, including Japanese-market website-builder products. The functional dataset — programs with a positive EPC — is 22 listings across the six networks.
Is the Webflow affiliate program worth promoting?
Webflow appears on FlexOffers ($1.08 EPC, 40% commission on new plans) and Skimlinks ($0.40 EPC, 50% commission, 1.77% conversion rate, 5.0% reversal rate, $45 average basket). The FlexOffers EPC is 2.7× higher despite the lower commission rate. The Skimlinks listing may include Skuad, an unrelated HR-software product, which could depress the Skimlinks metrics. Affiliates targeting designers and developers will find the highest intent on professional web-design and SaaS review content.
Methodology
This analysis covers 106 website builder and e-commerce platform affiliate program listings across 6 networks (Awin, CJ, FlexOffers, Impact, Mavely, Skimlinks). Programs are matched to this vertical via AI-assigned subcategory labels (Website Builders, Site Builders, Web Design, E-commerce Platforms). EPC, commission, cookie, conversion rate, and reversal rate figures are pulled directly from network APIs and dashboards; no figures are self-reported by merchants. Ghost rate is computed as the proportion of listings with no positive EPC. The vertical median EPC of $0.37 is computed over positive-EPC rows only. Flag threshold: 10× vertical median or $3.00, whichever is higher ($3.70 applied here); absolute cap $15. Cookie flag: >365 days. See our full methodology.
